Production Timeline

Every TeeBold t-shirt is crafted exclusively for you through our print-on-demand process. This personalized approach ensures fresh production and reduces waste while delivering the highest quality fitness apparel.

Standard Production Time: 2-5 business days

Business Days Definition: Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays and observances

Production Process Includes:

  • Design preparation and quality verification

  • Premium printing using direct-to-garment technology

  • Quality inspection and assurance

  • Packaging and preparation for shipment

Shipping Coverage and Delivery

Service Area: TeeBold proudly serves customers throughout the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production completion

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days from order placement

  • Express Options: Currently under development for future availability

Delivery Estimates Include:

  • Continental United States: 5-10 business days

  • Alaska and Hawaii: 7-12 business days

  • U.S. Territories: 10-14 business days

Shipping Rates and Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on:

Important Shipping Considerations

Address Accuracy: Please verify shipping address accuracy before order completion. We cannot modify addresses after production begins.

Delivery Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Package Security: Upon carrier acceptance, risk of loss transfers to purchasers. Consider requiring signatures for valuable orders.

P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. FedEx and UPS require physical addresses.

Military Addresses: We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Allow additional 2-3 days for delivery.

Return Eligibility Criteria

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, returns are accepted under specific circumstances:

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Significant print errors or misalignment

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please consult size guide)

  • Buyer's remorse or changed preferences

  • Minor variations within production tolerances

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Orders older than 30 days from delivery

Return Process and Procedures

Exchange Guidelines

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

Design Exchanges:
