You’ll receive a tracking email when your label is created. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Check with household members, neighbors, and building staff. Look for delivery notices and parcel lockers. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan.

30 days from delivery for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging. Personalized/custom items, gift cards, digital downloads, and final‑sale items are not returnable (unless defective).

Visit our returns portal (link in footer) or email support@teebold.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide an RMA and instructions.

If you use our prepaid label, the label cost is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. You can also self‑ship with a trackable method.

Email us within 7 days with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Typically 3–5 business days after we inspect your return. Your bank/card may take additional time to post funds.
