Processing Times

  • Standard Products: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
  • Custom/Personalized Products: Please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery ranges from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
    • Import Duties and Taxes: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Order Tracking and Delivery
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 days (international), please contact us to initiate an investigation.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For most returns, a return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if the return is due to our error.

Holiday Extended Returns
Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned through January 31 of the following year.
